I refer to your information request for “all documents regarding
non-compliant sheds”, and our email seeking clarification of your request
that included providing a timeframe for the information being sought. 

 

We have not received any clarification or refinement of your request, and
as such, I advise that your request has been refused under section 17(f)
of LGOIMA, that the information requested cannot be made available without
substantial collation or research.   All documents would include emails,
reports, file notes etc.  To find the relevant documentation over an
undefined period of time would take considerable research and resources to
complete.

 

As we have refused your request, you have the right to seek an
investigation and review by the Office of the Ombudsman of this decision.
