Dear State Services Commission,
Please tell me whether the employment contracts of any of the employees of the Ministry of Social Development contain a clause or clauses that, either directly or indirectly, base performance evaluations and/or financial bonus payments on the amount that New Zealand Superannuation payments are reduced by the direct deduction of overseas pensions under section 70 of the Social Security Act 1964.
I am not requesting details, I just want to know whether such
clauses exist.
