I write further to your OIA request dated 27 October 2021 regarding
Flexible Working Arrangements (FWA) at the University of Canterbury. You
specifically requested:

 

- the number of FWA applications for the period 2019-2021

- the number of applications approved

- the number of applications declined

 

Upon further investigation, this information is held in a decentralised
manner across the various Colleges, Departments and Service Units of the
University. It is possible at this stage that the request might be refused
under s 18(f) of the Act, as the information cannot be made available
without substantial collation or research. To that end, to scope your
request, is there any particular College, Department or Service Unit that
you are particularly interested regarding their numbers FWA applications?
