information relating to Narrative Muse, Teresa Bass and Brough Johnson.

 

We are extending the time to make a decision on your request to 10
December 2021, or earlier if possible. We appreciate this is later than
you expected and are working to get this to you as soon as we can.

 

This extension is needed because consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit. This extension is made under
sections 15A(1)(b) of the OIA. 

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
