Kia Ora,

Below is a request for information made under the Official Information Act 1982 by Bob Jefferson, requesting a copy of the Te Papa Museum Hardship Fund application made by the Wellington Tramway Museum. As we believe this information is held by Te Papa rather than the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, and therefore Te Papa is better placed to respond, we are transferring this request in full as required under section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982. Please treat this email as confirmation of the transfer.

The requestors details are included in the email chain below, and I have included the requestor in this correspondence so they are aware that this request has been transferred. You have 20 working days to provide a decision on this request from date of receipt.

The requestor is reminded of their right to ask an Ombudsman to investigate our decision to transfer this request. Information on how to do this is available at: https://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/

Kind regards,
