Dear Porirua City Council,

On 1 October 2021 the Panel hearing submissions on the proposed review of
the District Plan for Porirua issued a minute. The Panel considered this
was necessary as: “there are a number of follow up matters to address”.

More specifically, the Panel requested: “Mr McDonnell to address [a number
of questions – itemised (a) to (h)] as part of the Council’s Reply in
Hearing Stream 1.”

Because of the Panel’s follow-up matters, and its request of Mr McDonnell,
I seek the following information.

1. Has Mr McDonnell replied to the Panel’s request;

2. If Mr McDonnell has replied to the Panel’s request:
• the date upon which that response was made;
• a copy of that response;
• the advice and information Mr McDonnell relied upon in making his
response to the Panel’s request;
• all correspondence between Mr McDonnell and any other party (internal
and/or external) about any aspect of the Panel’s request.

3. If Mr McDonnell has not yet replied to the Panel’s request:
• the date upon which the Council expects Mr McDonnell will be making such
a response;
• the advice and information Mr McDonnell has so far collated in making
his response to the Panel’s request;
• all correspondence between Mr McDonnell and any other party (internal
and/or external) about any aspect of the Panel’s request.
