Development at 36 Whanake Street, Titahi Bay

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

    Dear Porirua City Council,
There are onsite indications of a new development being undertaken, or planned to be undertaken, on the site at 36 Whanake Street, Titahi Bay.
Please provide me with a copy of all the information the Council holds about this proposed development as far as the Resource Management Act is concerned. As the basics are concerned, I'm interested in information that would enable me to understand:
- the scale and nature of the development,
- the scope and location of earthworks proposed,
- the scope, location and nature of any vegetation clearance proposed,
- the scale and nature of any effects that the development might have on the stream that flows across the property,
- whether resource consents are required and/or have been sought and/or been granted
- if consents have been granted a copy of those consents and any subsequent documents such as management plans and sediment control plans
- whether regional council consents are required and if so what is the status that.
Yours faithfully,
Brian Warburton
