I wish to find out the breakdown of the number of out of zone enrolments that Auckland Grammar from 2008-2017.

Can you please provide a breakdown by year group (year 9-13) of the number of students that:

1) Total applicants for an out of zone enrolment
2) Total who were approved for an out of zone enrolment, including a breakdown by order of priority.

Dear Patrick

 

Thank you for your query and for your patience as the School has worked to
respond to your request in a COVID-restricted environment.

 

Please find attached the data you requested for new entrants to Auckland
Grammar School for the period 2008 – 2017.  The School does not hold the
data for out of zone applications or enrolments at other levels as we
don’t track these year groups.  This is historical because few if any out
of zone applicants are accepted from Form 4 – 7 as there is not room as
students move through the School.

 

The Enrolment team has summarised the Form 3 data into a single
spreadsheet, with the priorities listed.
