Dear Television New Zealand Limited,

Uttar Pradesh in India has a population of 205 million - but are only getting 20-40 Covid 19 cases per day. This is the same number of cases as New Zealand with a population of 5 million is currently getting with a level 3 lockdown.

Israel with a highly vaccinated population of 9 million are currently getting 2000-4000 cases per day.

Please forward the following information:

1. Has TVNZ News made 'any' attempt to contact the Uttar Pradesh Health Department to see what strategy they are using to achieve such success? Yes or No?

2. All written communication between TVNZ News and the Uttar Pradesh Health Department or Director of Health since March 2020.

I note Uttar Pradesh has been using Ivermectin, Doxycycline and Zinc (links below).

I note Uttar Pradesh seems to be testing at a reasonable rate (link below).
