Please provide all correspondence and reports pertaining to the traffic management options and final decision for the Stead Street closure for stopbank work intended from November 2021. I would like this to include any information on any engagement done with Otatara residents in making this decision.

    Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for this information. Just to confirm the second part of my question as none of the documents pertain to this, can you confirm no engagement was done with Otatara residents in making this decision? I would have thought there would be an ICC communications plan and related email correspondence on how to they would communicate the traffic management to impacted stakeholders and ratepayers.
