MIQ Time Sensitive travel allocation request process
Rachel made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
The request was successful.
From: Rachel
Kia ora,
I am a New Zealand permanent resident and can provide my passport/visa if requested.
Could I please ask for the contact details of the team assigned to the MIQ Time-Sensitive travel allocation requests?
If this is not possible then perhaps the department that is assigned.
These details are being requested as all other avenues of communication have been attempted. The phone line 0800 476 647 is a generic phone line that all MIQ users are trying to access and wait times are over 60 minutes.
Ngā mihi,
Rachel
