Time-Sensitive travel allocation requests?

These details are being requested as all other avenues of communication
have been attempted. The phone line 0800 476 647 is a generic phone line
that all MIQ users are trying to access and wait times are over 60
minutes.”

Due to the recent changes in Covid-19 alert levels, the Ministry is
currently focused on assisting with the pandemic response and your
