For each stage of the selection process please outline how many recruits successfully made it past this stage vs how many applicants made it to this stage of the process within the last 12 months from today's date, 21 September 2021.
Please format the data in a table with columns for the 'Step', 'Reach Step', and 'Pass Step'. Where 'Reach Step' is the number of applicants that reach that step, and 'Pass Step' is the number of applicants who pass that step.
