figures from January 2020 till November 2020 (By month) on Intentional
self-harm hospitalisations in New Zealand that were fatal, and a breakdown
or graph of the ethnicity and age of the above requests.

If any of these figures are unavailable for the dates specified please
provide the most up-to-date figures you have.”
