Dear Canterbury Regional Council,
Do you have any records of reports or discussions within the last 5 years on public transport vehicle ownership for services for which the Canterbury Regional Council is responsible? In particular, I would be interested in records that look at options whether public transport vehicles are to be owned by the Canterbury Regional Council or by the operators of public transport services (including bus services).
