Dear Lillian Sewell,
Hi Lillian
Got the instructions to log on to the ecan sharepoint site but….
1. Didn’t accept my [email address] email address, so
2. Tried logging in with my personal [email address] address, and
3. System allowed me to establish password but once entered immediately informed me by account was locked, so.
4. I applied for a MS 365 access code to my mobile, got that and entered it in the login screen, but
5. System replied that [email address] was not authorised to enter the system, and so
6. Redirected me back to the log-in screen.
The email from your IT team has a name but no email address (which may be a quirk of FYI.org.nz) hence this email to you.
Can you ask your IT team to send me a valid email log-in and password asap i.e. before cob today? If they want to call me to walk me through the process that would also be fine. This LGOIMA is now very, very overdue.
