Gambling Act 2003: details of applications for Class 4 (pokie) grants funding

David Hay made this Official Information request to Department of Internal Affairs

Department of Internal Affairs did not have the information requested.

From: David Hay

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

On 3 October 2016 a new requirement was inserted into the Gambling Act at section 110(4B), which says:
"(4B) A corporate society must, in accordance with the regulations, provide the Secretary with an electronic version of every statement published under subsection (4)."

This request is made for a copy every such statement provided to the Secretary, since the Act was thus amended. I further request that the information be provided to me exactly as it was provided to the Secretary (i.e., as a copy of the original "electronic version").

Yours faithfully,

David Hay
