1. The criteria for funding (as mentioned in the Justince Ministry's website at https://www.justice.govt.nz/justice-sect...) that the Mongrel Mob/the eligible agency has satisfied in applying for funding for the Kahukura rehabilitation scheme, and the evidence, business case or projections have presented to the Panel to argue for the case that the gang pad has met these criteria.

2. The evidence that funding could make a difference, a business case, or projections, and any other information of this nature for funding the Kahukura rehabilitation scheme that have been presented to the Panel, the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice and any other relevant people responsible for making decisions on the Proceeds of Crime funding.

3. Official advice for funding the Kahukura rehabilitation scheme that have been presented to the Panel, the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice and any other relevant people responsible for making decisions on the Proceeds of Crime funding.

Thank you very much in advance.
