Dear Mr Kirkpatrick

Crime Fund (PoCF) panel and the Kahukura programme. Specifically, you
requested:

Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Minister of Justice in
relation to funding for the Kahukura rehabilitation programme.

(2) Correspondences between the Mongrel Mob, its associates, members
and/or spokespeople, as well as the agency eligible to apply for the
funding to the relevant people responsible for making decisions on the

the Act and will respond to you by 6 September 2021.

You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to complain to the
Ombudsman about the decision to extend the time for responding to your
request. The Ombudsman may be contacted by emailing
[email address].

Yours sincerely
