Subject: Official Information Act request - alcolink survey and
occurances for the Alexandra Four Square

Dear New Zealand Police,

Two things please.

Firstly; On the bottom of the custody charge sheet is an alcolink
survey. Can you please provide the appropriate information on how many
times the Alexandra Four Square has been recorded in this survey on
charge sheets from the Alexandra Police Station in the past 10 years.

Secondly; Can you please advise of any alcohol related occurances that
have been recorded on Tarbert Street Alexandra between the hours of 7am
and 10pm in the past 10 years.
