My name is Cameron and I’m a LGOIMA Business Partner at Auckland
Transport. I’m responsible for looking into the official information
request you made on 10/06/2021 for requesting a full cost breakdown for
the road renewal works on Arthur Street.
 
As your request is for information that is not available straight away, we
need to treat it as an official information request. This means that we
follow the rules of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 (LGOIMA)
 
Update
As the work is still in progress, Auckland Transport does not know the
full cost. Further to this, Arthur street is an Auckland Council trial.
Any information on work done and renewals will be held by them. We will
close the request under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the information
does not yet exist.

make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section
27(3) of the Act and seek an investigation and review in regard to this
