Dear FENZ,

It is indeed very surprising to learn that you can not access in 20 working days such basic information on the Air Desk given it is managing the ordering of many millions of Dollars worth of aerial response costs. Notwithstanding the need to monitor and learn from operational performance, further develop the system and plan for future requirments.

I will await your further advice.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Thompson
