Subject: Official Information request - Request on expectations of DHB's
for target waiting times
 
Dear Ministry of Health,
I kindly request information on  policy (or expectations in lieu of
existence of formal policy) regarding patient waiting times at DHB
hospitals.

Specifically looking for information if the expectation from the Ministry
of Health is that DHB's reject patient referrals if it  may exceed the MoH
target waiting times.

If the policy differs between DHB's, then policies applying to Midcentral
Health only would be  acceptable.
