Police Manual: Family Violence Policy and Procedure; Behaviour Offences; Perjury; Precharge Warnings;

Alice Haden made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

The request was successful.

From: Alice Haden

Dear New Zealand Police,

Subject: Official Information request - Police Manual chapters: Family Violence Policy and Procedure; Behaviour Offences; Perjury; Precharge Warnings

Dear New Zealand Police,
Could you please provide me under the Official Information Act with the
following material in searchable accessible electronic form to the email address in this
communication:
Police Manual chapters entitled as below, or any other policies or guidelines for
prosecutions and investigations under the following categories:

(1) Family Violence Policy and Procedure
(2) Behaviour Offences
(3) Perjury
(4) Precharge Warnings
(5) Prosecuting Family Violence ( deskfile)
These should be provided as email attachments in a searchable format (i.e.
original PDFs, rather than scanned prints).

Please note the "Prosecuting Family Violence deskfile is available on the FYI site but I wish to receive the the most up to date version of this directly from Police. Also, the "Family Violence Policy and Procedures" file was refused in a previous request from this FYI site saying the file was already available publically, with a link to a public location, but that link does not work now.
If any clarification or assistance is required, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
I am a New Zealand citizen residing in New Zealand.
Please communicate only via email to this email address unless I advise
otherwise.

Yours faithfully,

Alice Haden
