Dear KiwiRail,

 

I am interested in the background to the City Rail Link (CRL) Business
Case.

 

In 2011, Auckland Transport provided under LGOIMA a copy of the CRL
Alternatives Costing Model. This spreadsheet model includes a cost
estimate for the CRL Capital Costs. This cost estimate is sourced from a
paper by Peter Twomey dated 3rd August 2010 and provided by KiwiRail to
Auckland Transport.

 

Can I please have a copy of the CRL paper Peter Twomey dated 3rd August
2010 ?

 

If this information is held in electronic form, it is preferred that
KiwiRail provide it in it's complete and original electronic format.

Please find as per your request of 23 March 2021, Can I please have a copy
of the CRL paper Peter Twomey dated 3rd August 2010 – a copy of the report
requested.

When reading the report, please note that due to the age of the study –
many of the numbers and assumptions within will no longer be relevant and
possibly misleading.
