The Research division of the Governance Policy and Research Group has been charged with providing advice and support to high profile contentious areas such as Sensitive Claims and regular reporting to the Board on disparities in access to the scheme for groups such as Maori.

Could you please provide the following
1. A list of reports produced by the research unit over past 3 years and who the report was produced for?

2. A summary of the advice and support that the Research Unit gave on the matter of Sensitive Claims?

3. The last 6 reports to the Board detailing disparities in access to the Scheme for groups such as Maori?

4. A copy of the most recent Gallup Staff Engagement Survey?

Dear Mr Nicholas, I have attached a letter responding to your requests of
, 5, 10 and 15 February and  5 March 2014.

 

ACC needs an extra  40 working days to respond to your request as it
necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting
the original time frame would unreasonably interfere with ACC's
operations. ACC also needs to carry out consultations before making a
decision on your request. 

 

This extension complies with Section 15A of the Act.
