ACC167,eACC45,eARC18 and ACC01

David Nicholas made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation

The request was partially successful.

From: David Nicholas

Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Due to recent court cases, the ACC 167 Form has been reviewed, rewritten and processes changed in hiw this form would be used.

There are other foms that give similar powers to ACC, these include the electronic ACC45 and electronic ARC18 forms plus the ACC01 form that forms part of the IRP booklet.

Please supply any and all internal memorandums, emails or legal opinion about how these forms are affected by the ACC167 court decisions.

Yours faithfully,

David Nicholas

Dear Daniel James,

I will be formulating specific questions based on this unsatisfactory reply.

I am seriously considering taking this matter up with the State Services Commissioner and the Office of Ombudsmen.

I am not a fan of redaction in public service documentation.

Yours sincerely,

David Nicholas
