app:

1) Which company or companies had the contract to build this app? Please
list both the main company with the contract and any other companies the
work was outsourced to.

2) Which company or companies have the contract to operate this app?
Again, please list both the main company with the contract and any other
companies the work was outsourced to.

3) What was the total cost of building this app?

4) What is the cost of operating this app from when it was rolled out to
30th September 2020?

While an answer to (4) would be helpful, please disregard it in the event
that obtaining this information would be arduous or costly enough to make
this FOI request unviable."

The Ministry's reference number for your request is: H202100402.

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 24 February 2021, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
