Today the government fropped its legal action against the "waihopai Three" for the cost of damage to the Waihopai spy-base ("Waihopai damages action dropped", Stuff, 5 Feb 2014). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* The total cost of the legal action the crown has taken against the Waihopai Three for damages.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
