We supplied the unredacted Gemba report to media. I am happy to inform you
that it is attached.

 

Also attached is a WellingtonNZ document outlining the utilisation rates
of our venues. This was also provided to media. That’s because the Gemba
report talks about utilisation rates of the venues. The methodology used
in the report isn’t typically how venue utilisation is measured. That is
why we’ve provided the second document which shows an average 70%
utilisation rate across the four venues measured.
