Dear New Zealand Police,
I would like a copy of the traffic accident/ vehicle crash report for the incident that occurred at approx 1.45pm Saturday 21st November 2020 at the Manor Park roundabout involving a truck rollover.
The vehicle registration was ZR9862 and the driver was Harpal Singh.
The police report No. was PO44491561 and the attending officers name was Luke and his mobile No. is 0212203619.
I am making this request to gather information to complete our internal investigation into this accident.
