The installation of road barriers on verge of road to limit access to adjoining property owners

Tina Webb made this Official Information request to Ministry of Transport

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Tina Webb to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Tina Webb

Dear Ministry of Transport,

Please advise of any correspondence in regard to the owner of 370 Kingseat rd, RD4 Pukekohe putting up road barriers on the verge of the public road and onto the ownership of the adjoining private lane at 368 Kingseat rd.

This has made for a dangerous situation, limiting access to the private lane by trucks and trailers needing to swing into oncoming traffic to access the lane.

Yours faithfully,
Tina Webb
