Please see below response from Stacey Van Der Putten, who is our Group
Manager for Metro Services.
We searched for this information in our maintenance database, however we
were unable to extract information specific to dustbins. Therefore, we are
refusing your request under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the
information does not exist.
