I am writing in response to your query of 17 November regarding the status
of your OIA asking for “copies of any briefings, reports, or other papers
provided to Ministers about the use of facial recognition technologies,
including but not limited to Clearview AI, NEC's NeoFace, and HP's facial
recognition/fingerprinting technology, since 19 October 2017.” 

 

Upon investigation, we have now established that the request was assigned
to another user and has sat in a queue.  It has now been re-assigned, and
I will action it as soon as possible.
