Dear Ministry of Health,
I've tried to contact the folks at FYI because I'm unable to see the email address you provided in order to email you my proof of identity but no reply from them after two separate attempts.
I'm not sure what to do from here as I suspect it's not a great idea to upload a photo of my NZ passport publicly.
Is it sufficient (and safe) to just provide my passport number?

Yours faithfully,

Damian Peterson

Hey mate.

I hope you have some luck with getting the email address.

If you do, can you post it here as well? I've asked some questions of the Ministry of Health also, and are expecting the same proof of identity request.

Cheers
