Christopher Kelly made this Official Information request to The Treasury

The request was partially successful.

From: Christopher Kelly

Dear The Treasury,

I under the offically information act inquiry the amount to the NZ treasury by virtual of money approved in both vote defense and vote police that has been used in the security and transport of the march 2019 offender and that was usage of Royal New Zealand Air Force aircraft for transport of offender in line with vote defense guidlines and if this was economically for the NZ tax payer when department of corrections and ministry of justice have in there budget for remote court hearings.

I would also like a treasury estimate for the housing of said offender by treasury in his estimated life span given his sentence.

Yours faithfully,

Christopher Kelly
