J McKenzie made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was successful.
From: J McKenzie
Tēnā koutou e huihui mai nei, to whom it may concern.
I am making a request under the Official Information Act 1982 for information held by the Police Prosecution Service (PPS). I am a citizen of New Zealand by birth, residing in Pukeahu (Mount Cook), Wellington.
I am requesting a copy of the Legislative Reference Tables (LRTs) held by the PPS for the offences contained in the following Legislation:
* Arms Act 1983
* Animal Welfare Act 1999
* Bail Act 2000
* Crimes Act 1961
* Dog Control Act 1996
* Family Violence Act 2018
* Income Tax Act 2007
* Litter Act 1979
* Local Government Act 2002
* Land Transport Act 1998
* Misuse of Drugs Act
* Sentencing Act 2002
* Summary Offences Act 1975
* Social Security Act 1964
I request that these tables be provided in XLSX or XLS format, not other information formats.
I am aware that the offences are contained within the publicly available legislation online, however, I am requesting the LRT for the structured and compiled information they contain.
E mihi ana mō tō mahi apōpō o tēnei pātai, thank you in advance for your work on this request.

Kia ora,
Thank you for your response to this request.
I have looked through the PDF letter attached, which provides some helpful explanations relating to my request. However, it seems from my end that there is no additional attachments of an Excel workbook, as mentioned in the letter.
Please send the Excel workbook mentioned in a subsequent email if this was an administrative error. If the Excel workbook was sent in your last email, it may be a limitation of fyi.org.nz service, in which case I will email PNHQ Ministerial Services ([email address]) directly so it can be provided that way.
In any case, I look forward to hearing what the issue seems to be and finalising this information request. E mihi ana mō tō mahi nei.
Yours sincerely,
J McKenzie
