Dear Huda,
I am writing in regard to your official information request below which is
due today.
The Official Information Act requires that we provide the information for
your request no later than 20 working days after we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and I am
therefore writing to notify you of an extension under section 15A(1) of
the Act. The extension is due to the time needed to complete consultation
for the response. I am thus advising that the response will now be
provided no later than Friday 31 July (10 working days).
I note your right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman
about this extension under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act.
