Tunnel tolling decisions

 

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

I am a citizen of New Zealand. I therefore am legally entitled to request
under the OIA the following information:

 

(1) All information relating to the decision on whether to toll the new
Pûhoi to Warkworth road currently in construction.

 

(2) All information relating to the decision to not toll the Waterview
tunnel after completion.

 

This request is because public consultation is going to be sought on the
matter of the new Pûhoi to Warkworth road soon. The deadline for
submissions closes on 16 June so I would appreciate a timely and
comprehensive response well before that deadline.
