During the Covid-19 pandemic I received information from WCC that the team I was trying to access were not currently operating under Level 4.

Can you please tell me

The number of teams and number of personel not operating during Level 4
The number of teams and number of personel not operating during Level 3

What the wage/salary equivalent is of the people currently off work that are getting paid.
