As you are aware, the current COVID-19 restrictions has changed the way we currently work to deliver our services. The Council is prioritising work and focusing on delivering critical services for the City at this time.

We are continuing to process official information requests made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). We will be prioritising requests relating to essential services, matters involving immediate health and safety of the public and decisions relating to COVID-19. Unless your request is a priority, we may need to extend the timeframes on a decision to grant a request in order to meet our legislative timeframes.

We are continuing to focus on requests but this may alter the timeframes in which we can respond with a decision or provide information requested under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).
