Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act (OIA).

This request is a follow-up request of my previous request, for which a response was provided by Mandy McDonald, Registrar of Companies, dated 18 October 2013.

I would like the list of clients - current and obsolete - who have access to company records under the G2B program (as stated in your OIA response). Please include the legal entity name, trading name (where applicable), a contact detail (name & phone), and physical address for each client.

Please provide details, including but not limited manuals and/or procedure, of how MBIE ensures that G2B clients comply with terms of their contract with Companies Office in regards to use of company records for direct marketing purposes, a prohibited use.
