Dear New Zealand Police,
With reference to the lack of transparency by the Police and Police
Commissioner Mike Bush regarding operational procedures during the
COVID-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown.
We here by request under the Freedom of Information Act the document
titled "Operational Policing Guidelines - Alert Level 4, scenarios for the
Frontline" or similarly titled as provided by the Police National
Headquarters to Journalism staff documented here
