Please supply the following information under the Official Information Act (OIA):
In relation to the decision to trial the Eagle helicopter in Christchurch in February 2020 and the resulting noise imposed on Christchurch residents:
(1) What research or other evidence, if any, was considered to estimate the mental health effects of this noise?
(2) Were any mental health professionals consulted regarding anticipated mental health consequences of the noise, and if so, what was their advice?
