Resource Consent applications with a decision, by type – 1 October 2019 to
29 February 2020

 

•         Number of Subdivision Consents processed – 46 with 1 variation

•         Number of 223 applications – 3

•         Number of 224 applications – 1

•         Number of combined 223/224 applications – 32

 

•         Average (mean) working days for subdivision processing – 23

•         Average (mean) working days for 223/224 processing – 10

 

Resource Consent applications with a decision, by type – 1 March 2019 to

•         Number of Subdivision Consents processed – 107 with 5 variations

•         Number of 223 applications – 6

•         Number of 224 applications – 5
