Wakely Track sweeping
Aurélien de la Schlucht made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council
The request was successful.
From: Aurélien de la Schlucht
Dear Wellington City Council,
The signs at the ends of Wakely Track state that "Contractors will sweep the path in February once the chip has had time to bed down". As these signs have been up since last year, and as you had initially promised to finish the path in April last year, it's safe to assume that "February" means "February 2020".

As per yesterday evening the path has not been swept.

Questions:
* As per COB 2 March 2020, what arrangements have been made for sweeping? Please include items like "On 20 Jan a contractor has been booked for this week" or "There are no arrangements" or "On 15 Dec 2019 a council employee has been asked to look into this but hasn't".
* If arrangements have been made, when is the sweeping going to happen?
* If no arrangements exist, what arrangements are you planning on, and when precisely?
* Someone ticked a count of three crashes at the top of this sign. Has the council been advised of any crashes happening on Wakely Track between 1 March 2019 and 1 March 2020? Please provide details including but not limitied to vehicle types, severity of injuries, and causes.
Ngā mihi
