Kia ora Wellington City Council,
Please provide a progress report for the work on Wakely Track for anything that happened within the first half of August 2019, i.e. 1 to 16 August inclusive. Please include updates regarding both work on the ground, and all and any paperwork, such as communication with contractors, commissioning of any reports, etc.
What work exactly is left to do? Again please include things to do on the ground as well as its management. Please provide a complete list, along with precise plans as to who is tasked with it and what the expected date of finishing it is. Please provide a complete list of dependencies between items of work.
What is the expected opening date?

As COB has passed, the lack of a response means that as of midnight you will be acting illegally under the LGOIMA.
This seems to become a pattern.
Please respond to all requests, including this one, within the confines of the law.
