Thank you for your request for a full list of building consents applications (new builds only) in the Pukekohe (Franklin) area, year by year for the last 10 years? Also a breakdown of the nature of the building e.g. Single house, Apartment, Duplex etc.

You can subscribe to a report of all the building consents that we have issued.

The report includes:
•the date of the applications
•a brief description of each consent
•the status of each consent.

You can receive the report weekly or monthly, or request a one-off custom report for a requested period.

As the information you have requested is publicly available, this will not be processed as a LGOIMA request.
