In response to your requests:

Lotto NZ has 1570 active stores. 701 of these have never sold a Division One Lotto, Strike or Powerball ticket. This is equivalent to 44.6% of active stores.
2.I'd also like to request all communications and correspondence between the requested and Lotto as well as the internal correspondence related to the request.

Which five outlets, by name and location, have sold tickets with the lowest prize money totals?
This information is withheld under section 9(2)(b)(ii) it is highly likely to prejudice the commercial position of each retailer who is the subject of these requests if you publicise that information.
