Dear Lakes District Health Board,

Can I please have responses to the following;

1. In the last five years has there been any increase in staffing numbers both employed and as contractors in the Lakes DHB Planning and Funding Team? Can I ask for both actual numbers and percentage of staff number growth in this area if it applies in the last five years.

2. Can I ask for the percentage of Maori staff in the planning and funding team and if any of these Māori staff are employed in Portfolio positions?

3. During this period what has been the increase in staff numbers in the Lakes DHB Māori Health Team? Can I ask what current staffing numbers are for this team and what actual numbers and percentage growth in staffing numbers for this team have occurred in the last five years if this applies?
